As a consumer, you would think that the advertising industry would be an obvious place to look for ideas. Not so. The amount of ad spends in television and online are incredible and it’s not fair to say that advertising has “done” anything for you. Not by a long shot. We’ve spent billions trying to get people to take more responsibility for their actions and the results are still going in the opposite direction.
In the United States, we spend more in the form of ad spend for one brand than anyone else. The top twenty companies in this category spend over a billion dollars a year. Advertising was a major reason for this, but we can make money by doing things that we already do. For example, people will be willing to buy something that they already know is good for them. The truth is, we should be spending more money on advertising.
But then, we all know the only way to make more money is by spending less. So, it’s no wonder that marketers, advertisers, and big companies are putting money into “creative” advertising. The problem is that creative advertising is only as good as the person or company behind it.
The reason why we want people to buy something is because they know it would make their life more enjoyable. If you’re making money off of what you buy, then it’s worth it. And if you’re offering to pay for your own products, then you’re not giving away any of the money you earn.

To be honest, I think that most of the companies who are spending millions on advertising to convince people to buy their products are just making money off of what theyre putting into the product. When you make a sale you have a better sense of which ways people should be spending their money. So that is why I think that companies like uber waste so much money on advertising to get people to buy their products.
It’s also why they spend so much on so many campaigns. For a company to spend that much on advertising is a sure sign that their company is doing well. And that company is usually doing well because it’s marketing their product to people who buy their products. So the next time you see a company with a million dollar budget on ads spend it on things that your company is good at, because that’s how they know how to make money with your product.
