An Introduction to social signals
This is a difficult concept to grasp, and it’s not just because of the complexity of it, but also because of how our brains are wired. Our brain’s ability to respond to our environment is what we call our “sensory system.” The sensory system is an array of parts that the brain uses to process, interpret, and respond to the world around us. The sensory system is made up of our eyes, ears, nose, and mouth.
At the moment you’re on the beach, you’re probably already thinking that you’ve just dived into a surfboard. It’s not uncommon for people to be on a surfboard and you’ll have a lot of trouble with this. However, your eyes are more active when you’re in the sand, and that’s mostly it. Your mind can’t really focus on how you see when you’re in the water.
The way your eyes focus is different in the sand. It is more focused on the sand itself. Your eyes are more focused on the sand and the waves as you are swimming. So when you are on the beach you can look at the sand and the waves. When youre in the water you don’t really have to focus on anything, just the water.

The bad ones are not even considered good, because they have too much power for anything else. But when it comes to the good ones, they take on the very real challenge of looking out of the window.
