This is an article I thought I would write in response to the covid situation. I have been a proponent of “self-awareness” for years and I’ve been writing on the subject ever since I saw my first viral content. The concept of “self-awareness” is often defined as “awareness of our own thoughts and actions” and it certainly is a powerful idea.
