I’m not sure why this is, but that’s okay. It’s not like I can’t think about it on a whim. I get, look, I’m not sure about a lot of things. I don’t think I’m “getting” anything out of a life, but I really want it to be “getting rid of it.

I love that you can have an option: “Im not sure about some stuff, but I really want it to be getting rid of it.” Like you could say, “Im not sure about this, but I really want it to be getting rid of it.” So I feel like we’ve got a lot more self-awareness, we’re actually able to say, “Hey, I really want to be happy, and I really want to be doing the things I want to be doing.

Just thinking about it, this is actually one of the best things I’ve read about in a long time. We’ve all been so caught up in the rat race that we forget to take time to take care of what matters most. I find that especially true when it comes to what we want to be doing. If I really want to live a good life, I think it’s important to remember to make the most of every day. Even one day is one day too soon.

I think this is one of the reasons we get so wrapped up with what we want to do. To have options. To have choices. To have the flexibility to do whatever it is we want when we want to, and not have to sit in a boring job forever and a day. And that’s why I’m really, really happy to be a stay-at-home-mom to this little one.

It is our choices that affect our lives, and not the other way around. When we choose to be loyal, we’re choosing to feel fulfilled. When we choose to be dishonest, we’re choosing to feel frustrated. Which is why it’s so important to have the flexibility to choose to be loyal (and even honest) when you know you won’t always be in a job that satisfies your needs.

I think it’s important to remind people of that flexibility. When we choose to be loyal to a company, we’re choosing to do what we think is best for the company. When we choose to be honest about a company, we’re choosing to do what we think is best for our future selves. If you’re going to work for a company and still have a part-time job, it would be best to be honest about that.
