The fact is that the majority of our thoughts and actions are on autopilot. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing either. Our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions carry us through our lives so we don’t have to stop and think about it every time we wipe our ass or start a car.
Our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions carry us through our lives so we dont have to stop and think about it every time we wipe our ass or start a car.
The problem is when we’re on autopilot for so long that we forget we’re on autopilot. Because when we’re not even aware of our own habits, routines, impulses, and reactions, then we no longer control them they control us.
This is why we have to be careful with the things we’re putting ourselves into. In the moment, we can be quite literally on autopilot, which can cause many problems. It can cause us to forget what we did before and we can forget how we feel about the way we did it. It can cause us to become reactive, which means we end up putting ourselves in the wrong situation and end up reacting to what isn’t actually there.
We are probably not the first people to have this problem because we can only have so many habits in our day-to-day lives like getting up, eating, cleaning up, and driving. It is only by using the internet to remind ourselves of all the habits we have and the things that are important to us that we can create a little bit of control.
But, when we become so reactive to everything we do, we end up not being able to respond to what is in front of us. As a result of this, the internet becomes our biggest enemy. It takes away our ability to form a plan, to create a strategy, and to act on it. We become so reactive to our surroundings that we end up allowing our own reactions to control us.

I had no idea what I was doing. I had only ever seen the internet as a source of entertainment, and I hadn’t realized how much it could be a source of stress and anxiety. But I was a teenager, so I was doing it to myself.
I’m not an internet addict, but I can admit it. I use Facebook a lot, mostly to share my photos with friends for my own pleasure. I’ve even gotten into the habit of “liking” the photos I’ve submitted to the site. But I admit I’ve had some dark times while it was going on, and I’ve never been able to shake it.
When I was a junior in high school, I got so wrapped up in the social networking sites that I ended up having to have a “friends” group and a “space” group. It was an easy way to meet other people, but I was also doing it to myself. If you have friends and you dont like them, you tend to feel a bit guilty about your behavior.
